Parkinson’s Ireland: Cork Branch – Walk in the Park: GLOUNTHAUNE

Sponsored Walk in aid of Parkinson’s Ireland. The Cork branch is walking in Glounthaune ‘Craig’s Field’ in the village, and a longer walk for those who are able, down to the Elm Tree. Please support them in fundraising for Parkinson’s Ireland. For more details, please contact Jackie 087 204 7169.

Qigong Tai Chi & Meditation Retreat
Date: Saturday 15th August 2026 10am – 4pm

Join me for a day-long retreat on Saturday 15th August 2026 to slow down and re-connect with a more natural pace and rhythm. Enjoy a day of Qigong, Tai Chi and Meditation, to cultivate a sense of health, strength and ease in the physical body and nervous system, wellbeing in the emotional and mental life, and rest in an expanded awareness of ourselves.

Vintage & Pre-Loved Event

Glounthaune Community Association held a Vintage & Pre-Loved Event in aid of the Community Centre and a local charity.
Special thanks to the Committee, Jill, Kathleen and Iona for organising this event.
Thank you to Stir It Coffee & Fitzpatrick’s Shop, who very kindly donated to the cake sale. We also wish to thank Dansa Coffee, who also attended this event.
